Overview

The Human Week Summit, which considers people not only as employees or leaders of an institution, but also as individuals trying to make sense of the world in the new post-pandemic order, starts on January 24.

The theme for 2022 is New Employee(r) Experience: Remote But Closer. Within the scope of the Summit, which will last for 5 days, we will adopt a holistic approach and bring together experts from the fields of human resources, psychology, sociology and communication in our event and discuss how the "employee experience" will be shaped in the near future and what roles HR will take on in the future.

How can we be sure that individuals who are trying to adapt to new ways of working and living in this process of change are healthy and fit? How can we achieve work-life balance? What are the insights of organizations that have managed to add value to themselves? Do we need to redefine the human being to design new workplaces and manage teams effectively, or can we solve problems with a few practical adjustments out of necessity? During the Human Week Summit, we will seek answers to many questions with the professionals we will host, and we will prepare ourselves and the world we live in for the future by being inspired by each other.
